One of my Top Kendo Students has just been given a scholarship and gift loan to go to Kyoto Japan to Spend a week with other Kendo Students under the tutelage of a real Master! Only two dozen Students world wide get to do this, you can't simply buy your way in, You have to show true skill and strength. As his teacher It means I have done well.
Now if I can get my Aikido students to participate in the North American Tournament. Michelle shows real promise, at six she can throw some of my 17 and 18 year old students.
Ah its good to be a teacher,....specially when your teaching Kindergarten kids techniques to show their older sibs whos boss XD

...yeah cute....i just got my butt handed to me by a nine year old.... I'm actually multi tasking right now. Entering in current Student Stats and this!
Get this, Thomas, the winner of the prize, doesn't think hes good enough lol. If he wasn't good enough the scout wouldn't have chosen him.
And my Goddaughter Is getting her birthday present early. A friend saw how talented she was with a sword and had one custom forged. She gets it in twenty minutes. its a beauty. Folded steel rather then drop forged, a slight curve twenty six inch blade with a real leather thong wrapped grip made of rosewood. the Sheath is also of rosewood....i feel out done...compared to that what is my gift of tickets to Orlando next week.....
