Yes, Dart is right, BEHOLD MY AWESOME PIE-THROWING POWERS! MwahhahahahahhahahaHAAAAAAAAAA! *huggles Iolana* Violence is bad! Peace is good! Skipper may have been hasty, but it's not like you'd actually take the time to look at an enemy before neutralizing them, would you? No more arguing or I shall throw a pie.

Actually, I think the first one vermin to live in Redwall was Blaggut in The Bellmaker. I was like "What the truck?!" when Rose died. But then I realized if Rose hadn't died Martin wouldn't have made it to Mossflower and killed Tsarmina, make the Abbey, etc. and just lived in peace at Noonvale.

From what I remember the Redwallers didn't drive him away. They were friends at the end and despite the Redwallers having mixed emotions whether he should stay or not (The dibbuns insisting he should) Blaggut was the one who refused not them. (Out of his own shame of what Slipp did) They even gave him food and supplies after he left. And Rufe and Durry even said at the end that he returned to visit several times.

Vermin can be cool, and there being so many "Good vermin" fans, I think despite Brian saying "All vermin are evil no exceptions!" and contradicting himself with that (And vice versa) a lot, I believe the world should be what we imagine our RPs to be like. A mixture with good vermin and evil woodlanders.
I don't mean to disrespect Brian (He is a genius) but he really should make up his mind because there are obviously grey areas.
(He doesn't re-read his books and I think there are some he should've...Bellmaker/Triss/Pearls of Lutra/ Sable Quean where vermin were good or could've if gotten the chance) I am waiting for a book where a vermin is actually good assisting on a quest as a best friend to a woodlander. Maybe on the quest for redemption, or revenge on his/her tribe? Or just for the heck of it. Or is a double agent for the woodlanders the whole time destroying the villains plans from within.

Yeah....I didn't get that either... There's definately gray areas, like that old hogmaid with the bees and honey in DoomWhyte.

You both misunderstood BJ's comments, I think. He said all evil characters are evil, and goodbeasts are good. You may notice that the vermin that were good, were good thoroughly -- and the woodlanders that were bad, were bad thoroughly; no gray areas.
Also, Blaggut was a friend to the abbey in the end; even Tarquin was nice to him. XD Of course I'd look at it from a hare's point of view.
I am interested, honestly, in this conversation now. xD What gray areas are you peeps talking about?
((And for the record, I am not a good vermin fan. >3 SHOCKAWESURPRISEEVERYONE.)) C:

Malum: "You little!"
Me: "HOLD IT! Down Malum!"
Malum: What?
Me: I wanna point one thing out!
Malum: Hurry, or I'll start a horde! I'll become Malum! Not Non Malum, Actuall Malum!
Me: She's apparently a fan of evil woodlanders, because od.... Her evil hare (Cadwen?)..
Malum: YOU LIKE EVIL MICE BETTER THAN VEIL, BLAGGUT, and ROMSCA?!
Me: crap. -grabs Malum and runs back into the computer, locking screen behind me-
Me: Sorry, Malum's not available right now! Please leave a message!
Malum: I AM SO AVAILABLE YOU MALA-PHOBE!
Oh, and I was watching Nick just now, iCarly, and I clicked More Info, and they spelled something wrong.
It says:
"Spencer discovers that his date his Gibby's mother."
