Uggghhh.. Hollywood makes me want to slay somebody sometimes... So, i just get on here to RP an evil charrie..
Hollywood TOTALLY MESSED UP PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS! And what's up with some of those outfits.... It should have been rated R...

LOL! RP is therapy. ;D
And I never read the Percy Jackson books, but one of my sunday school students told me the movie messed up AWFULLY, and I feel for you, Malum. It sucks when Hollywood screws up seriously good books. And I totally agree about the rating thing. When I saw the movie, I thought that whole thing with Persephone was a little inappropriate for the audience the film was aimed at. "Visitors?" Yeah, whatever.
The book is always better!

There is so much detail you can't fit into 1 hour 30 minutes. (And I prefer books anyway)
Look at the Harry Potter movies they cut EVERYTHING out. Even things in the older movies that were crucial to the later books/movies but they never thought ahead.
And I found the movies awful anyway except some characters were awesome. Like Snape! And Hagrid and the first Dumbledore (Bless his memory) Actually another trivia, Hagrid is played by Robbie Coltrane and when JK wrote the book originally when she designed Hagrid she pictured Robbie Coltrane. So technically he is the most perfect actor who could ever play him!

LOL, yeah they screwed up Percy Jackson.... They cut out a MAIN CHARACTER! And they "killed off" one of the charries key for the whole series.... I wanna kill them... -fire burns in eyes-

I read the Warriors. Really like them, too. I think my favorite book was Firestar's Quest... Skyclan is awesome. I remember trying to begin the second series after the sun had gone down, with only starlight.*sad face* But I haven't gotten the chance to read a warriors book since Outcast, two years ago. Maybe when I next visit America I can stop by a library.

Outcast...Hmm, now what series was that in...Was it Power of Three? I have a feeling it was the New Prophecy. Hmmm... Let's face it, Hollywood can't tie its own shoes.

Makes sense because their shoelaces are made out of diamond studded with gold acquired from cashing in on honest writers own ideas.

...Almost...
Oh wow, Dartpaw, I just realized that all your charries are good and most of them are otters. XD

Otters are my favourite Woodlanders, Foxes are my favourite Vermin which I just realized is weird that I never made a fox char.
Otters tied with Kangaroos/Foxes/Wolves are my four favourite animals of all time.

Mine too! Though I hate Skippers. I like the one in Triss, but the Sable Quean Skipper has made me...hateful. GO KROOVA!! GO KEYLA!! My favorite Vermin are wildcats. What can I say, I'm a cat person?

I don't lke watching movies that are adapted by books because I know it's gonna suck. Percy Jackson especially was an EPIC fail. I would kill the casting director and script writers.

I thought Diary of a Wimpy Kid was an exception because
-It was pretty true to it except for changing several things around (But you can't expect any adaption to be completely accurate) -Jeff Kinney who wrote the books was executive producer, and he even wrote a side book of his series on how the movie was made and differed from the novels.
